This prestigious scholarship offers an opportunity to pursue postgraduate studies at public universities and selected private higher education institutions in Malaysia.

The National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST), Islamabad, is pleased to invite nominations for Spring 2026 Student Exchange Program. This program offers your students an incredible opportunity to experience academic life at one of Pakistan’s leading universities, engage with a dynamic learning environment, and immerse themselves in a culturally enriching experience.

Program Details:

  • Semester Dates: January 19th, 2026 – May 24th, 2026

  • Eligibility: Open to undergraduate (completed at least 2 semesters at home university) and graduate students (completed at least 1 semester at home university) across all programs at NUST

  • Medium of Instruction: English

Nomination & Application Process:

  • Nomination Deadline: November 1st, 2025

  • How to Nominate: Complete the attached nomination form and submit it via email to amic.qa@nust.edu.pk & ddnio.issm@nust.edu.pk

  • Application Deadline for Students: November 20th, 2025

Upon receiving nominations, the NUST International Office will guide nominated students through the application process, visa requirements, and other necessary formalities.

Key Program Highlights:

  • Tuition Waiver: Exchange students will benefit from a tuition waiver under the Student Exchange Agreement between NUST and its partner universities.

  • Diverse Academic Offerings: A wide range of programs and courses across various disciplines.

  • Cultural & Academic Integration: A chance to engage with local and international students, participate in campus activities, and experience life in Islamabad.

  • Support Services: Assistance with visa documentation, student orientation, and on-campus guidance.

Note: Students will be responsible for their personal expenses, including accommodation, meals, travel, and other related costs.
