Thesis Submission
The thesis template has been developed to assist graduate students in preparing their thesis according to the approved UNIMAS format. Students must also refer to the Thesis Guidelines, which provide detailed instructions and examples of the required thesis format. The UNIMAS Senate has approved a new thesis format, including a new format for the final thesis front cover.
Important notes:
- Effective 1 January 2026, all NEW thesis submissions must comply with the new thesis format.
- Effective 15 September 2026, all NEW thesis submissions must be made through the PG-Thesis system. The Thesis Examination Fee can also be paid online via the system.
- Students who submitted their thesis through the MyViva system before 15 September 2026 must continue to submit their thesis corrections through the MyViva system.
