Thesis Submission
The thesis template has been developed to assist graduate students in preparing their thesis. However, students are required to refer to the Thesis Guideline which itself is an actual thesis in the correct format. Some minor adjustments are required to the template. This guideline provides details on how thesis should be written. The Thesis Guideline itself is a correct example of the thesis written according to the UNIMAS format. To assist with thesis writing, students can refer to the Thesis Template. Final Thesis Front Cover The UNIMAS Senate has approved the new format for the thesis cover.
Note: This new format and template shall be compulsorily adopted by all new students enrolling from 1 August 2025 onwards. With effect from 1 January 2026, thesis submissions to the MyViva system are advised to follow the new thesis format. Therefore, students who plan to submit their thesis to the MyViva system on or after 1 January 2026 are encouraged to prepare and write their thesis using the new format.
